COMMUNICATIONS <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that one Communication was COMMUNICATIONS <br />received which is a written remonstrance to <br />Resolution No. 1193. A copy is attached to these <br />minutes. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business. THERE WAS NO OLD BUSINESS <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Public Hearing on Resolution No. 1193 <br />amending the Development Plan for the <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata asked that the following items <br />be entered in the official record of the <br />meeting: 1) An original of the "Notice of <br />Hearing on Amendment to the Sample <br />Ewing Development Plan; " 2) An affidavit <br />of Carol Smith, Advertising Manager of the <br />South Bend Tribune, that the Notice of <br />Hearing was published in that daily <br />c -4- <br />
