Do you really think <br />there are enough homes out there for this <br />many buyers? <br />Ms. KOLATA: That's why we suggest that <br />people start to look and start to get an idea <br />of where they want to go, what they are <br />looking for, what's available. We <br />understand the time between when you find <br />a house and make an offer and have that <br />offer accepted and closing. We certainly <br />understand that. <br />Ms wIELGos: Let me make this clear then. <br />So then, earlier you said not to do anything, <br />but now you are saying that you should kind <br />of start looking? Get an idea of what's going <br />on? <br />Ms. KOLATA: That's up to you. I'm saying <br />don't make a commitment to buy another <br />house before you get a purchase offer from <br />US. <br />Ms. wIELGos: I can understand that and I <br />agree with you on that point. But this limb <br />thing "out on a limb" when we are on a <br />limb bothers me because the time frame is <br />critical. Because you said, " the clock starts <br />ticking".
