Miller for <br />property located at 717 N. Blaine. <br />m. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver (Rental Rehab <br />Program) for Nicholas L. and Mary Ann <br />Kenkel for property located at 421 N. <br />Blaine. <br />Mr. Hunt noted that this Certificate of <br />Waiver waives $700 for the year ending <br />January 31, 1993 for Nicholas L. and <br />Mary Ann Kenkel. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Piasecki, <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the Certificate of Waiver for <br />Nicholas L. and Mary Ann Kenkel for <br />property located at 421 N.
