Report on proposals received for Real <br />Estate Services for Commission. <br />Mr. Hunt asked that item 6.d. be tabled. <br />e. Commission avnroval reauested for <br />Agreement for professional services in <br />the South Bend Central Development <br />Area. (Walker Parking <br />Consultants/Engineers) <br />Mr. Eddington explained that Walker <br />Parking Consultants has proposed to do a <br />functional design for the parking garage <br />to be built at the corner of Washington <br />and Michigan streets in conjunction with <br />the Trammell Crow development. They <br />have proposed a not -to- exceed fee of <br />$9,600 plus reimbursables.
