COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Presentation from Michael Rippev regarding <br />the status of Blackthorn Golf Course <br />construction. <br />Mr. Rippey noted that the Blackthorn Golf <br />Course project is on schedule and within its <br />net budget, with some line item adjustments. <br />The heavy rains in late June /early July <br />caused some problems, but Salyers <br />Construction has recovered remarkably and <br />are a little ahead of the original schedule, <br />with grass being planted this week. The <br />sand, which is usually put in the bunkers <br />before grass is planted, will not be put in <br />until winter when the ground is frozen.
