The total <br />cost for two appraisals for each piece of <br />property between Michigan Street, <br />Fellows Street, Sample Street and the <br />alley north of Broadway is <br />approximately $114,000 - $115,000. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Sharp, seconded <br />by Mr. Faccenda and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission approved the <br />proposals from McCloskey Pitts, <br />Jerome Michaels, Alberta Husband at <br />Appraisals Unlimited, Douglas <br />Carpenter, and Al Kapitan for appraisal <br />services in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. <br />6. Staff Report on Disposition of Land for <br />Disposition Parcels C4 -46 and C4 -65 in <br />the South Bend Central Development <br />Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that Trammell Crow <br />submitted a bid for the two parcels on <br />July 2. They plan to construct two <br />60,000 square foot, four -story office <br />buildings in two phases along Michigan <br />and Main streets.
