COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications. <br />There was no Old Business. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Receipt of bids for Disposition Parcels C4 -46 <br />and C4 -65 in the South Bend Central <br />Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that one bid was received <br />for Disposition Parcels C4 -46 and C4 -65. <br />That bid was from Trammell Crow MW, <br />Inc., for $4.45 per square foot for 25,200 <br />square feet with an option to acquire an <br />additional 25,200 square feet.
