Andrysiak, <br />Classified Manager of the Tri- County News, <br />that the Notice of Hearing was published in <br />that weekly newspaper on May 7, 1993; 4) A <br />statement from Ann Kolata that a Statement to <br />Taxing Units located within the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area was sent to the taxing <br />jurisdictions on May 7, 1993; 5) A statement <br />from Martha Lantz that on May 18, 1993, she <br />delivered a copy of the Notice of Public <br />Hearing to Kathy Orlowski at the South Bend <br />Park Department, Juanita Winston at the <br />Building Department and Board of Zoning <br />Appeals, Sharon Roth at the Area Plan <br />Commission and Sandra Parmerlee at the <br />Board of Public Works; 6) An original copy of <br />the Area Plan Commission's Resolution No. <br />117 which deals with the subject of the Public <br />Hearing; 7) A certified copy of Resolution No. <br />2043 -93 of the Common Council of the City of <br />South Bend relative to the subject of the Public <br />Hearing; 8) A copy of Resolution No. 1151 of <br />the Redevelopment Commission; 9) As of <br />-4- <br />
