Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1145 approving the Fair Re- <br />use Value of PropgM in the South Bend <br />Central Development Area. (Parcel Ml1 -17, <br />611 Clinton) <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that we have recently <br />purchased the house at 611 Clinton through <br />the SBCDA lease /purchase bond. We are <br />putting it up for bid, hoping to find someone <br />who would like to do the rehab it for <br />residential use. Although the reuse valuation <br />is set at $6,000, it is in very bad disrepair. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />Mr. Sharp and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No 1145 <br />approving the Fair Re -use Value of Property <br />in the South Bend Central Development <br />Area. (Parcel M11 -17) <br />g. Commission approval requested for SpgLifiq and Design Considerations for <br />Parcel Mll -17 in the South Bend Central <br />Development Area.
