NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />b. continued... <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that Resolution No. 1139 <br />proposes to allocate $52,957.61 that is currently <br />in the Tax Increment Fund for the Studebaker <br />Corridor. The resolution also sets the public <br />hearing on that appropriation for March 19, <br />1993 at 10:00 a.m. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Sharp, seconded by Mr. <br />Piasecki and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 1139 <br />determining to pay certain expenses incurred for <br />local public improvements in or serving the <br />Studebaker Corridor Allocation Area (South <br />Bend Allocation Area No. 6) from the <br />Studebaker Corridor Allocation Area (South <br />Bend Allocation Area No. 6) Special Fund. <br />c. Commission approval requested for Resolution <br />No. 1140 determining to pay certain expenses <br />incurred for local public improvements in or <br />serving the Studebaker Corridor Development <br />Area from Fund 433, the Redevelopment <br />General Fund. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that Resolution No. 1140 <br />proposes to appropriate $48,400 from the <br />Redevelopment General Fund for use in the <br />Studebaker Corridor. These funds are in the <br />fund as the result of land sales.
