We have received the proofs <br />of publication from both newspapers. <br />Ms. Auburn opened the Public Hearing. <br />There was no one who wished to speak <br />concerning Resolution No. 1132. Ms. <br />Auburn closed the Public Hearing for <br />whatever action the Commission desired to <br />take. <br />b.
