OLD BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />a. continued... <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that the contract does <br />not list a value for the property because <br />we have not received the appraisals yet. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Ms. Huddleston and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission approved the <br />Contract with Holladay Corporation for <br />real estate services in the Toll Road <br />Industrial Park. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver for Norman L. and <br />Deborah G. Buckman for property located <br />at 1014 N. Eddy Street. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that the Certificate of <br />Waiver is related to the Rental Rehab <br />Loan. It waives the yearly payment on <br />the loan if the property meets the <br />requirements of the loan. This <br />Certificate of Waiver waives the payment <br />amount of $789.00 for the year ending <br />August 30, 1992 for Norman L. and Deborah <br />G. Buckman. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Ms. Huddleston and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission approved the <br />Certificate of Waiver in the amount of <br />$789.00 for the year ending August 30, <br />1992 for Norman L. and Deborah G. Buckman <br />for property located at 1014 N. Eddy <br />Street. <br />b.
