Commission approval requested for Resolution No. 1109 related to acquisition of property in the Studebaker Corridor by eminent domain. Mr. Hunt noted that Resolution No. 1109 sets the Fair Market Value of Parcel 14 -3A at $170, authorizes the staff to send a purchase offer for the property and authorizes the use of eminent domain to acquire the property if a purchase agreement cannot be reached within 30 days. Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded by Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, the Commission approved Resolution No. 1109 related to acquisition of property in the Studebaker Corridor by eminent domain. e.
