Please list the number of full-time and part-time minority employees for <br />each of the last three years: <br />LMM has always had and adheres to a policy of Equal Employment <br />Opportunity, as evidenced by its written Equal Employment Opportunity <br />policy that is contained in its Associate Handbook. A copy of that policy is <br />attached hereto and marked as Exhibit D. Because LMM does adhere to <br />this policy, we do not consider an individual's race, color, age, religion, <br />gender, etc. in determining whether to hire, promote, retain or discipline <br />associates. For the same reason, we do not maintain specific statistics <br />about the demographics of our workforce, nor do we compel associates to <br />self-identify their demographic characteristics. Having said that, our best <br />estimate of the composition of our workforce is shown on Exhibit E <br />attached hereto. <br />17.
