The redevelopment or rehabilitation project itself will create 4 full-time and <br />TBD part-time permanent jobs within the first year, representing a new <br />annual payroll of $ TBD and will maintain 25 existing permanent <br />full-time and 0 existing permanent part-time jobs including existing <br />permanent full-time minority employment of 3 and existing permanent part- <br />time minority employment of 0 with an annual payroll of $690,000.00. <br />This project will maintain the existing personnel. <br />12.
