NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />a. continued... <br />0 <br />c. <br />Mr. Hunt noted that one of the eligible <br />uses of TIF funds is reimbursement to the <br />Citv for costs associated with <br />development in the TIF area. This <br />reimbursement is for a $99,320.95 <br />exp nditure Water Works made in February <br />and I May 1983 installing water mains to <br />the New Energy plant. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />Ms. Huddleston and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved Resolution <br />No. 1038 authorizing reimbursement to the <br />City of South Bend for expenditures made <br />wit in the Rum Village Industrial Park. <br />1 <br />Mr. Hunt explained that Resolution <br />No. 1039 authorizes the staff to send a <br />purchase offer for Parcel 3 -15 for the <br />Conunission approved price of $4,375.
