Co ission approval requested for <br />Pro osal for appraisal work in the <br />Stu ebaker Corridor Development Area. <br />a. <br />I* <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that there are two <br />pieces of property in the 1100 block of <br />S. Michigan St. which we would like to <br />havB appraised. We have verified the <br />appraisal quotes from Barkley Baer & <br />Com any at $400 per parcel, Gerald <br />Mic aels at $500 per parcel, and Richard <br />McCloskey at $500 per parcel. The staff <br />rec mmends accepting the proposals of <br />Bartley Baer & Company and Gerald <br />Michaels. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Huddleston, seconded <br />by Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted the proposals for <br />appraisal work in the Studebaker Corridor <br />Dev lopment Area from Barkley Baer & <br />Com any at total cost of $800 and from <br />Ger ld Michaels at a total cost of $1000. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that no bids were <br />rec ived as of 10:00 a.m. this morning <br />for the State Theatre building. The <br />par y who was interested in the building <br />is 5till interested, but not at the <br />ask ng price. We will continue to <br />nea ' tiate with them. <br />Mrs Kolata noted that under the Rental <br />Reh Program, the owner is entitled to a <br />wai er of 10% of the loan per year if the <br />own r meets the conditions of the loan. <br />WIS <br />COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE PROPOSALS <br />FOR APPRAISAL WORK IN THE <br />STUDEBAKER CORRIDOR DEVELOPMENT <br />AREA FROM BARKLEY BAER & COMPANY <br />AT A TOTAL COST OF $800 AND FROM <br />GERALD MICHAELS AT A TOTAL COST <br />OF $1000 <br />THERE WERE NO BIDS RECEIVED FOR <br />PARCELS C4 -16 AND C4 -17 IN THE <br />SOUTH BEND CENTRAL DEVELOPMENT <br />AREA <br />
