South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Annual Organizational Meeting - January 2, 1992 <br />3. ELECTION OF OFFICERS <br />VICE PRESIDENT <br />Ms. Aub rn nominated Mr. Roman Piasecki <br />to servB as Vice President of the South <br />Bend Re evelopment Commission. The <br />nomination was seconded by Mr. Donoho. <br />The votB being unanimous, Mr. Piasecki <br />was elected Vice President for 1992. <br />SECRETARY <br />Mr. Pia ecki nominated Mr. Michael Donoho <br />to servB as Secretary of the South Bend <br />Redevel pment Commission. Ms. Auburn <br />secondel the nomination. The vote being <br />unanimous, Mr. Donoho was elected <br />Secretacv for 1992. <br />ASSISTANT SECRETARY <br />Ms. Auburn nominated Mr. Philip Faccenda <br />to serve as Assistant Secretary of the <br />South Bend Redevelopment Commission. Mr. <br />Donoho seconded the nomination. The vote <br />being tuianimous, Mr. Faccenda was elected <br />Assistant Secretary for 1992. <br />Ms. Auburn resumed the chair. <br />4. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 1032 SETTING <br />MAXIMUM SALARIES FOR 1992 AND APPOINTMENT <br />OF STAFF. <br />Mrs. Ko ata noted that the Redevelopment <br />Salary Resolution follows the City's <br />Salary Ordinance. There are more jobs <br />listed on the resolution than there are <br />staff, which allows the flexibility to <br />hire Staff at a lower level due to <br />inexperience and promote them during the <br />course of the year based on job <br />performance. <br />Mr. Donoho asked which positions are <br />currently filled. Mrs. Kolata responded <br />by indicating that she is Deputy Director <br />of Economic Development and Director of <br />Redevelopment.
