Meade is a two -unit structure. <br />The Rental Rehab Loan is a forgivable <br />loa at the rate of 10%- a year for ten <br />yea s as long as the owner continues to <br />Mee the requirements of the Rental Rehab <br />Mr. Piasecki stated that he would like to <br />see some of the results of the Rental <br />Rehab loans approved by the Commission. <br />Mrs Kolata responded that Mr. Leverman <br />could provide pictures of the completed <br />projects and the Commission could take an <br />occasional tour of the properties.
