Andrysiak, Classified Manager of <br />the Tri- County News, that the Notice of <br />Heaking was published in that weekly <br />newmpaper on September 27, 1991; 4) A <br />from Cleo Hickey, stating that on <br />Octcber 9, 1991, she sent a copy of the <br />Notice of Hearing to the affected <br />p rty owners and registered <br />nei hborhood associations; 5) A copy of <br />Resolution No. 1019 which is the subject <br />of the public hearing; and 6) As of 10:00 <br />a.m. on October 11, 1991, 0 written <br />nstrances were received. <br />Ms. Auburn asked if there was any <br />objection to these items being entered <br />into the record. There was no objection <br />and the items were so entered. <br />Mr. Hunt explained that Resolution <br />No. 1019 amends the South Bend Central <br />Development Area Development Plan by <br />addLng Parcels C4 -39A and C4 -39B to the <br />acq.1isition. list for potential <br />acq.iisitim. The owner is Edmarde's Real <br />Es to Partnership.
