<br />The re -use value of the property has been
<br />established at $64,750 for all three
<br />parcels. The bid specifications require
<br />m l i- family development of a mininnun of
<br />40 iand a maxinnm of 65 residential units.
<br />Upon a motion by Mr. Combs, seconded by
<br />Mr. Donoho and unarm usly carried, the
<br />Comnission approved Resolution No. 1020
<br />appmving the fair re -use value of
<br />property in the West Washington- Chapin
<br />Devblonment Area.
