South <br />*includes $ 2,810.00 contingency and fees <br />Mr. Leven -an noted that the building <br />presently has three units and will be <br />c rted to a single family dwelling. <br />At September 27 meeting the <br />Cannission approved a Rental Rehab Loan <br />for Timothy Hancz at 1508 S. Scott <br />St t. He has begun that rehab and <br />their work meets with staff approval. <br />Mr. Donoho asked if the rent structure <br />could support one unit. Mr. Leverman <br />indicated that the property is owned free <br />and clear and the project has received <br />Low Income Housing Tax Credits. Their <br />fin3ncial infornetion includes a pro <br />form which indicates that the rent <br />stricture is feasible. <br />Mr. Hunt asked if the design issues <br />rai ed by the Design Review Cammittee had <br />beea addressed.
