Scott <br />St t. He has begun that rehab and <br />their work meets with staff approval. <br />Mr. Donoho asked if the rent structure <br />could support one unit. Mr. Leverman <br />indicated that the property is owned free <br />and clear and the project has received <br />Low Income Housing Tax Credits. Their <br />fin3ncial infornetion includes a pro <br />form which indicates that the rent <br />stricture is feasible. <br />Mr. Hunt asked if the design issues <br />rai ed by the Design Review Cammittee had <br />beea addressed.
