Monroe Street. The C nrnission has <br />had a lease with the church. The lease <br />has lapsed and needs to be renewed. The <br />ch ch has continued to pay rent during <br />thi 5 time. The tern of the lease is fran <br />Sep ember 1, 1991 through September 30, <br />199?. The rent is $300 per month.
