These resolutions are similar to <br />Dre,rious resolutions for the same <br />a motion for separate approval by <br />Mr. Canbs, seconded by Mr. Doncho and <br />unanimously carried, the Cannission <br />approved Resolution No. 1012 (620 -622 <br />Lin olnway East), Resolution No. 1013 <br />(62 ) Columbia), Resolution No. 1014 (626 <br />Lin olnway East), Resolution No. 1015 <br />(613 Lincolnway East) and Resolution <br />No. 1016 (514 Rush) approving Subleases <br />of Property to the City of South <br />Mrs Kolata explained that, as bid <br />docmmts and demolition docLzments were <br />be' g prepared for the Colfax Theater, we <br />discovered that a portion of the Main <br />St t Raw building is on the lot that <br />the Colfax Theater is on. The total <br />anuzit of the encroachment is 136 s . f . <br />(17 x 81) This easement would allow <br />that portion of the building to remain on <br />the property. We will dispose of the <br />Col ax Theater property with the easement <br />in tdace.
