She asked that <br />the item be tabled indefinitely. There <br />no objections and item 5.a. was <br />tab ed indefinitely. <br />Mrs Kolata noted that the staff has <br />received a counter offer of $10,000 fran <br />Watford for parcel 13 -8 (1306 S. <br />Maim Street) . The staff reccmlends <br />acc tincr the offer. <br />Upcxl a motion by Mr. Piasecki, seconded COMMSSION APPROVED THE COUNTER <br />by Mr. Carobs and unanimously carried, the OFFER OF $10,000 FOR PARCEL 13 -8 <br />Cannission approved the counter offer of IN THE STUDEBAKER CORRIDOR <br />$10,000 for parcel 13 -8 in the Studebaker DEVELORYMT AREA <br />Con idor Developnent Area. <br />Mrs Kolata noted that Resolution <br />No. 1006 states that the City spent <br />$1,603,714.33 of UDAG funds in public <br />imp is connected with the New <br />Energy plant. We have been using tax <br />increment from the Rum Village Industrial <br />Par to reimburse the UDAG fund. <br />Preirious resolutions have approved those <br />reirbursements. Mrs. Kolata noted that <br />this will be the last reimbursement to <br />the UDAG fund because this reimbursement <br />of $208,527.33 completes the <br />reirbursement of those expenses. <br />-3- <br />
