FUND OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC <br /> DEVELOPMENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF FUNDING PREDEVELOPMENT <br /> COSTS OF THE SAMPLE-EWING PROJECT AREA <br /> Statement of Purpose and Intent: <br /> In order to assure the efficient and timely utilization of <br /> Urban Development Action Grant Reimbursement Funds and to further <br /> the implementation of the redevelopment plan in the Sample-Ewing <br /> project area, certain transfers are necessary. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br /> City of South Bend, Indiana, as follows: <br /> SECTION I. The sum of $48, 015 is hereby transferred among <br /> accounts within Fund 410 as follows: <br /> Reduce the following: <br /> Description Amount <br /> Colfax Theatre (Acct # 410.1002 .460.39 .82) $48, 015 <br /> Increase the following: <br /> Description Amount <br /> Professional Services (Acct # 410 .1002 .460.31.06) $48, 015 <br /> SECTION II.
