NEW BUSUNESS (Cont.) <br />a. continuea... <br />Mrs Kolata explained that the <br />Cer:ificates of Waiver are related to <br />pre.ricusly granted Rental Rehab loans. <br />Under the Rental Rehab Program, ten <br />peruent of a loan is forgiven each year <br />for ten years if the conditions of the <br />p are met. The conditions of the <br />Ren 1 Rehab Program are that the <br />pro be maintained and kept up to <br />cod regulations, that the taxes be kept <br />current on the property, and that the <br />property be made available for rent to <br />low and moderate income tenants. The <br />Bureau of Housing has monitored these <br />lowis and recommends the Certificates of <br />Wai er on the agenda today. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Doncho, seconded by <br />Mr. Combs and unanimously carried, the <br />'ssion approved the Certificate of <br />Waiver for the Housing Development <br />Co ration for property located at 208 <br />E.
