This action is <br />ionly known as the direct expenditure <br />'IF. The Cortunission used this method <br />year to pay for some improvements in <br />downtown and East Bank. The types of <br />ovements we expect to make are curb <br />sidewalk work and other public <br />ovements in the downtown and East <br />and engineering design work for the <br />Bank area. <br />i a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />[r. Doncho and unanimously carried, <br />Comission approved Resolution No. <br />determining to pay certain expenses <br />rred for local public improvements in <br />erving the South Bend Central <br />cation Area (South Bend Allocation <br />No. 1A) from the South Bend Central <br />cation Area (South Bend Allocation <br />.
