They call for a one <br />and one -half story minimum height and <br />thr, story maximum height. There is no <br />sti ulation as to whether they be <br />at shed units or single family homes. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Combs, seconded by <br />Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the <br />'Commission approved the Bid <br />Specifications for Parcels M2 -13, M2 -14, <br />M[2-15, M2 -16, M2 -17, M2 -18 in the South <br />Beriq Central Development Area. <br />Mrs Kolata noted that the bid <br />specifications for this lot is that the <br />dev opment be a minimum of twenty -four <br />residential units.
