I don't know the <br />details of all of the conversations <br />you ve had with the Historical Society. <br />Wh we were first approached by the <br />His gor ca1 Soc iety, we were interested in <br />see their plans for the neighborhood. <br />We interested in making sure the <br />nei_ rhood, through the West <br />Washington-Chapin Revitalization Project, <br />kneir about their plans for the <br />nei rhood and would endorse this, and <br />their have done that. I expect that we <br />wild be able to deal fairly with you, <br />on appraisals of your property. <br />But I don't know of any deal where we <br />were going to buy the property before and <br />we backed off. I don't know that that's <br />ever been discussed.
