Eddy St . <br /> South Bend, In 46617 <br /> (219) 234-0069 <br /> 4) It is desired and requested that . this property be rezoned <br /> "A-3" Mixed Use Multifamily <br /> from Residential & Commercial District "G" Height & Area <br /> to "C" Commercial , "G" Height & Area <br /> 5) This rezoning is requested to allow the following use(s) : <br /> A) .
