I <br />have reviewed them and found them correct, as noted below. <br /> <br />The quoters ranked as follows: <br /> <br />Total Quote <br />Quoter <br />Amount <br />1. K & R Tree Service $ 49,875.12 <br /> <br />*Please note: There was an error on the part of the engineer reflecting incorrect quantities for <br />items number 3 and 4 on the quote proposal sheet. This error was caught by the quoter and <br />corrected on the submitted quote proposal sheet, so the total amount of quote is correct as <br />reflected on the submitted documents. <br /> <br />I recommend award of a contract for 2019 Tree and Stump Removal to the lowest <br />responsive / responsible quoter, K& R Tree Service in the amount of $ 49,875.12. <br /> <br />Sufficient funds have been has appropriated from MVH, 202-0619-431.31-06. <br /> <br />Please call with your questions (5903). <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
