Martin, Clerk <br />Board of Public Works <br />FROM: Scott Kreeger, Project Engineer <br />SUBJECT: 2020 Street and Sewer Department Materials <br />Award Project 120-005 <br />DATE:April 24, 2020 <br />On April 14, 2020 the Board of Public Works opened and read bids for the above project. The <br />bids have been reviewed and found to be correct. Per the attached bid tabulation, Engineering <br />recommends approval of the following awards for the 2020 Street and Sewer Department <br />Materials: <br /> <br />DIVISION B <br />Award to the lowest responsive/responsible bidder: Ozinga Ready Mix <br /> <br /> <br /> DIVISION C <br />Award to the lowest responsive/responsible bidder: Walsh & Kelly, Inc. <br /> <br />DIVISION D <br />Award to the lowest responsive/responsible bidder: Ferguson Waterworks <br /> <br />DIVISION G <br />Award to the lowest responsive/responsible bidder: Ferguson Waterworks <br /> <br /> <br />Per the attached bid tabulation, Engineering recommends rejecting the following bids for the <br />2020 Street and Sewer Department Materials. <br /> <br />DIVISION A <br />The City is evaluating the specifications for the HMA mix designs and will be rebidding this <br />Division with the new revisions to the specifications. All items are to be rejected and will be rebid <br />at a later date. <br /> <br />DIVISION E <br />Reject all bids within Division E since no bids were received and will proceed to the open <br />market. <br /> <br />DIVISION F <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br />
