The <br />remaining four are going to <br />condemnation. The court has appointed <br />a raisers for those properties and <br />reports for those will be due back on May <br />15 We should control all the properties <br />by early June. <br />Up)n a motion by Mr. Piasecki, seconded <br />by Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted for filing <br />Resolution No. 990 amending the <br />Derelopment Plan for the West <br />W n- Chapin Development Area and <br />Set 10:00 a.m., May 10, 1991 for a Public <br />H inq on Resolution No. 990. <br />. Kolata explained that within the <br />debaker Corridor there are a number of <br />perties that have personal property <br />ixed to the real estate.
