Kolata noted that this is related to <br />the bond issue sold last year in order to <br />public improvements in the downtown <br />and East Bank. Part of the bond issue <br />for acquisition and rehabilitation of <br />prxperty in Monroe Park. The Commission <br />authorized leasing some of that property <br />to the Board of Public Works. However, <br />the master lease had no beginning date. <br />s Addendum sets the effective date of <br />tho Lease as November 1, 1989. The <br />patnent terms stay the same. <br />Up)n a motion by Mr. Combs, seconded by <br />Mr Piasecki and unanimously carried, the <br />Ccxnission approved Resolution No. 989 <br />a roving the execution of a Second <br />Addendum to the Lease for the South Bend <br />Ce#tral Development Area Public <br />rovement Project. <br />Ms Kolata noted that the staff has <br />received four counter offers for <br />prcWxties located in the Studebaker <br />Corridor Development Area. <br />. Kolata noted that the staff has <br />eived a counter offer of $5,600 for <br />cel 4 -12, located at 1118 S. <br />nklin. The staff recommends accepting <br />counter offer. <br />i.
