That has been clarified. <br />Based on the quotes, the staff recommends <br />that Cole Associates be hired to do the <br />work for $17,940, including some asbestos <br />testing, writing of specifications for <br />asbestos removal, supervising the removal <br />of any asbestos, and preparation of <br />d lition specifications. The City <br />Eng eering Department will supervise the <br />dendlition work itself. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted the proposal of <br />Col Associates for preparation of <br />specifications related to removal of <br />asbestos and demolition of buildings in <br />the Studebaker Corridor Development Area <br />and supervision of asbestos removal for <br />an amount not to exceed $17,940. <br />Ms. Auburn announced that item 6.a. will be <br />considered last on the agenda. <br />1707 <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that Northern Oak Homes <br />has been awarded Law Income Housing Tax <br />Credits for projects at 528 N. Blaine and <br />100E California. In order to receive <br />those tax credits, the properties must be <br />available to law income tenants for 15 <br />yeaTs. The Commission previously made <br />Rental Rehab Loans for these properties <br />and Commission approval of the covenants <br />is reauired. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Pt.
