South Bend Redevelopment CamaLission <br />Regular Meeting - February 22, 1991 <br />5. <br />6. <br />There wad no old business. <br />a. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that on February 8, <br />1991, the Canmission received 14 <br />sals in response to its request for <br />architectural design proposals for the <br />res ration and renovation of the Morris <br />Civic Auditorium and Palais Royale <br />Ballroom. These proposals were reviewed <br />by Redevelopment staff and our <br />entertainment consultant, Daniel <br />Pi tti. The proposals were evaluated <br />base I on the program guidelines included <br />in t ie RFP, including schedule of <br />s 'ces to be provided, examples of <br />prev 'ous work, technical experience in <br />them architecture and historic <br />res ration, and the professional fee <br />schedule. <br />Mrs. Kolata stressed that the quality of <br />the proposals was excellent. Many of the <br />res ndents have extensive experience in <br />theater renovation.
