South Bend edevelopment Conmission <br />Regular Mee ing - January 11, 1991 <br />a <br />e. continued... <br />f. <br />a <br />Mrs Kolata noted that the Commission has. <br />adopted similar resolutions in the past. <br />In rhe early 1980s the City spent <br />approximately $1,600,000 on eligible <br />cos in the Rum Village Industrial <br />Park. We are using the tax increment <br />from the area to reimburse the City for <br />those expenditures. Resolution No. 975 <br />autliorizes the reimbursement of $92,000, <br />leaving a balance of approximately <br />$30 ,000 to be reimbursed from future tax <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />Mr. Combs and unanimously carried, the <br />CoMussion approved Resolution No. 975 <br />autliorizing reimbursement to the City of <br />Sou Bend for expenditures made within <br />the I Rum Village Industrial Park. <br />Mr. Kolata noted that this contract <br />provides the funds for the Redevelopment <br />Administration budget and covers the <br />calendar year January 1, 1991 to December <br />31, 1991.
