Diamond $13,300.00 (Private) <br />contingency and closing fees <br />Mrs <br />Kolata noted that Alphonso Cardenas <br />is <br />a part owner of Northern Oak Hanes, <br />the <br />contractor doing the rehabilitation. <br />The <br />staff also reccanends accepting the <br />p <br />1 from Northern Oak Hanes for <br />$20,800. <br />Upon <br />a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />C KY1ISSION APPROVED RENTAL REHAB <br />Mr. <br />Combs and unanimously carried, the <br />IRAN IN THE ANOINT OF $7,500 TO <br />Comiission <br />approved the Rental Rehab Loan <br />ALPHONSO CARDENAS FOR PROP= <br />in <br />a amount of $7,500 to Alphonso <br />LOCATED AT 826 N. DIAMOND <br />Carq1enas, <br />for property located at 826 N. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Piasecki, seconded <br />by Mr. Combs and unanimously carried, the <br />Con.ussion approved the proposal in the <br />amount of $20,800 from Northern Oak <br />Mrs Kolata noted that the Commission has <br />received a counter offer for property at <br />116 W. Garst (Parcels 12 -4 and 12 -9) in <br />the amount of $10,000.
