The Lease <br />also stipulates that we will do nothing <br />to Jecpardize the tax exempt status of <br />the bonds. <br />Fis�ld olata noted that we expect one <br />revision to the Lease when the bond <br />and final numbers are Down. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Doncho, seconded by <br />Mr. Ccenbs and unanimously carried, the <br />Comm.ission approved Resolution No. 969 <br />approving a Restated and Amended Lease <br />between the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Autt ority and the South Bend <br />Rede velopement Camnission for the Airport <br />Ecormic Development Area Public <br />Impi ovement Project. <br />Mrs. Ko ata reported that the Redevelopment <br />Authori will be meeting later this <br />a n to consider the Amended Lease and <br />to approve the Official Statements for the <br />bonds. <br />Mrs. Ko ata also reported that the model for <br />East Race Villas is now open. That is Karl <br />Schramm s development of condaniniums on <br />Niles A enue.
