South St. This property currently <br />has 3 units but will be converted into 2 <br />units. The entire project cost is <br />approximately $42,000.00. It includes <br />re-roofing, electrical, gutters, <br />plimbing, new furnaces, bathrooms and <br />kitchens. The application is for <br />$14,000.00 of rental rehab loan.
