I <br />have been robbed 5 or 6 times. Tools <br />were stolen out of the shop. I tried to <br />sell the place and couldn't. I had it <br />loc ed up and barred and braced, to the <br />po' t where they couldn't break in the <br />ou ide walls. Then they went up on the <br />roo and cut holes to get in. Then the <br />wa came in on the floor, then the <br />env PO <br />officer said I'd have to <br />dawn the building or repair it. So <br />I t re it dawn. That's why it's a vacant <br />There must be 8 -10 cars parked on my <br />lot I had a steel fence built around it <br />and they tore the concrete posts out, and <br />still park there. The Enviromiental <br />people come out and say they can't do <br />anything about it and they don't. Then <br />the police come out and they won't even <br />get the cars off. It went on for about <br />18 out of the 25 years I was there. <br />Ms. Auburn stated that time is running <br />short and asked if there are other <br />parties to be heard. <br />Diarte ErnsbeYger, 822 S. At this time my <br />rest,aurant isn't included but I will need <br />of these lots for parking. I will <br />not need all of them but I will need same <br />of them. If you take all this property <br />away from me I won't have a restaurant, <br />because there won't be any place for my <br />cus omers to park. <br />-24- <br />
