South Bend elopment Ccm fission <br />Regular Mee ing - September 14, 1990 <br />5. <br />a. <br />a. <br />Mrs Kolata noted that that this was a <br />tax abatement that was carried forward <br />frai a previous meeting and Mrs. Kolata <br />jus& learned that the attorney for the <br />business has asked that this be continued <br />Ms. Auburn directed that item 5.a. be <br />con#inued to the next meeting. <br />Mrs Kolata entered the following <br />doctments into the record: 1) proof of <br />pub Lication from the South Bend Tribune <br />that the Notice of Public Hearing was <br />printed on August 31, 1990; 2) proof of <br />pub ication from the Tri- County News that <br />the Notice of Public Hearing was <br />published on August 31, 1990; 3) as of <br />10:00 this morning there were no written <br />nstrances received; and 4) a copy of <br />Re�solution No. 957 and the lease which <br />adopted by the Ccm ission on August <br />31, 1990. <br />Mrs Auburn asked if there were any <br />objections to entering those docLm►ents <br />into the record.
