It was brought before <br />the Commission at the last meeting. At <br />that time the report contained <br />information about the Catering by Billie <br />project for Retail Space No. 1 and a <br />legal description describing Retail <br />Spa 1 and 2. <br />Mrs Kolata noted that the intent of <br />lution No. 949 is to provide three <br />years of tax abatement for both retail <br />spaces.
