Piasecki and unanimously carried, NO. 955 RELATING TO ACQUISITION <br />the Commission approved Resolution No. OF PROPERTY WITHIN THE STUDEBAKER <br />955 relating to acquisition of property CORRIDOR DEVELOPMENT AREA BY <br />wiqlin the Studebaker Corridor ENIINENT DOMAIN <br />Dev lopment Area by Eminent Domain. <br />Mrs Kolata noted that we have received <br />several. counter offers on our West <br />Washington-Chapin acquisition. <br />Alma Lax owner of property located at <br />1302-1304 1/2 W. Washington, has <br />'tted a counter offer of $18,000. <br />The staff recommends that we accept the <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Donoho, <br />nded by Mr. Combs and unanimously <br />ied, the Commission accepted the <br />co ter offer of $18,000 from Alma Lax <br />for property located at 1302 -1304 1/2 W. <br />Wast dngtc n Street. <br />Mrs Kolata noted that the next counter <br />offer was submitted by three separate <br />projerty owners: Slutzky Plumbing and <br />Heating Co. owner of parcels W64 -11, <br />W64-12, and W64 -13; J & G Realty and <br />Insurance Co., owner of parcel W64 -6, <br />W64-7, and W64 -8; and, Agnes Slutzky, <br />owner of parcel W64 -9 and W64 -10.
