We <br />d come back at another point, <br />ably, on some of the properties, in <br />next month or so, and authorize the <br />hase offers. But it doesn't <br />matically follow that the purchase <br />r would came immediately following <br />, action. <br />Mr Herendeen: I realize that. My only <br />concern is that in view of that building <br />what it looks like and what it is, I <br />j t think good judgement says that it <br />oucot to be let set like it is. I would <br />rather not see it on the printed <br />aafaisition list, because I think that <br />puts it too closely in the flow of <br />th-xigs without attending to the fact <br />that it is there and it's there with <br />y help. <br />Kolata: I would point out that the <br />jor objection that we have and the <br />tson for acquiring the Policemen's <br />adit Union is not the use and it is <br />the building. It is its location, <br />:rounded by vacant land. In order to <br />;emble the largest quantity of land <br />Lilable for reuse, the building is <br />Iht smack in the middle of it. You <br />i see it on the map- -the large yellow <br />as is the Avanti building and they are <br />>t south of that. But almost <br />xything else is vacant and when the <br />anti building is taken down, there <br />il.d be, between the two of them, <br />woximately five and one half acres of <br />d, between the Avanti building, the <br />.icemen's Credit Union and the other <br />�perty that is not here but is <br />
