JOSEPH/WAYNE PARKING GARAGE <br />re it space located in the St. <br />J ph/Wayne Parking Garage. <br />Kolata explained that Resolution <br />No 944 adds eighteen properties in the <br />Mo Park portion of the South Bend <br />Ceptral Development Area to the <br />aapisition list. This is Phase Two of <br />the acquisition in Monroe Park. The <br />lic Hearing would be set for July 13, <br />1990, at 10:00 a.m., with the legal <br />notice to be published July 6th. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Piasecki, seconded COMMISSION ACCEPTED RESOLUTION <br />by Mr. Combs and unanimously carried, NO. 944 FOR FILING AND SET JULY <br />the Commission accepted Resolution No. 13, 1990, AT 10:00 A.M. FOR A <br />944 for filing and set July 13, 1990, at PUBLIC HEARING ON RESOLUTION NO. <br />10:00 a.m. for a Public Hearing on 944 <br />R lution No. 944. <br />Mr <br />Norris noted that we sent a request <br />proposals to Ken Herceg and <br />ciates and to Cole Associates to <br />ect for asbestos and prepare <br />,lition specifications for the <br />dings we are acquiring in the West <br />m —tgton area.
