There being <br />no one else to speak, the chair <br />concludes the public hearing on the <br />S debaker Corridor Development Plan. <br />The hearing is concluded for whatever <br />action the commission desires to take. <br />Up)n a motion by Mr. Combs, seconded by <br />Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the <br />Carmission approved Substitute <br />Resolution No. 937 amending the <br />Stodebaker Corridor Development Plan. <br />Kolata asked that the following <br />items for public hearing be entered into <br />the record: 1) an original of the Notice <br />of Public Hearing of the Airport <br />Economic Development Area; 2) an <br />Affidavit of Carol Smith, Classified <br />Manager of the South Bend Tribune, that <br />Notice of Public Hearing was published <br />in that daily newspaper on June 15, <br />1990; 3) an Affidavit of Cherie Jolly, <br />Maraging Editor of the Tri- County News, <br />that Notice of Public Hearing was <br />pLtdished in that weekly newspaper on <br />June 15, 1990; 4) an Affidavit of Martha <br />Iantz that a Notice of Public Hearing <br />was delivered to Mr. Dick Johnson of the <br />Area Plan Commission, to Ms. Sandy <br />Pa.imerlee of the Board of Public Works, <br />to Ms. Karen Lower of the Board of <br />Zoning Appeals and South Bend Building <br />Department, and to Ms. Betsy Harriman of <br />tho Park Department on June 14, 1990, <br />-20- <br />ffFMIDTION NO. 937 AMENDING THE <br />STUDEBAKER CORRIDOR DEVELDP i�Tl <br />. :V <br />
