Combs and unanimously carried, the <br />Comnission approved the Certificate of <br />Wai er for Leon Townsend for property <br />locAted at 813 E. Indiana. <br />Ms. Pfotenhauer noted that the Commission <br />previously approved a Contract for Sale <br />of 1xind for Private Development with Karl <br />and Patricia Schramm. This contract <br />amends that contract in two ways: 1) <br />allyws the Schraws to take the property <br />as viduals rather than as a <br />co ration; and, 2) allows the developer <br />to from the Commission a letter of <br />app xNal upon completion of each <br />vidual building of the project. The <br />developer intends to build two buildings, <br />one with six condominium units and one <br />witli eight condominium units. Under the <br />new provision, the Commission can approve <br />one completed building, separate from the <br />entire project, as an interim step so <br />that: the developer may proceed with <br />conveyance of title for the units. When <br />the entire project is caffplete, a <br />Certificate of Completion will be issued. <br />Ms. Auburn asked when the project would <br />begin.
