There were a <br />few <br />minor changes made to the Official <br />Statzment <br />on May 2nd. Now that the bond <br />has <br />been sold, the nnnbers have changed <br />based <br />on the interest rate and maturity <br />date <br />of the successful bidder. <br />Uport <br />a motion by Mr. Combs, seconded by <br />COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION <br />Ms. <br />Auburn and unanimously carried, the <br />NO. 936 RELATING TO THE APPROVAL <br />Com <br />'ssion approved Resolution No. 936 <br />OF THE OFFICIAL STATTMNTT <br />rel <br />ting to the approval of the Official <br />REGARDING THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />Stal <br />ement regarding the City of South <br />REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICT BONDS OF <br />Berd <br />Redevelopment District Bonds of <br />1990 <br />C. <br />im <br />Mrs Kolata noted that purchase offers <br />were sent for properties we intend to <br />acqLare in the West Washington- Chapin <br />Development Area about a month ago. We <br />have received two counter offers which <br />the staff recommends accepting: <br />W58 -33 $14,000 <br />Newbill <br />.1 W58 -32 $18,900 <br />Newbill <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />Mr. Combs and unanimously carried, the <br />C(imission authorized the staff to <br />purchase Parcel W58 -33 for $14,000 and <br />Parcel W58 -32 for $18,900. <br />-2- <br />CMnSSION AUTHORIZED THE STAFF <br />TO PURCHASE PARCEL W58 -33 FOR <br />$14,000 AND PARCEL W58 -32 FOR <br />$18,900 <br />
